So, Africa is the King | Samuel

A king is known by his palace,
A king is known by the richness of his land.
And truly, the servants all long
To own the treasures the king commands.
So, Africa is the King.

A king has many enemies,
Jealous of what he possesses.
They covet what he has inherited—
The legacy of his ancestors.
So, Africa is the King.

The king’s friends may not be loyal,
Some join hands to mine his gold—
Claiming “globalization” is the goal.
But the king is wise and sees through the role.
So, Africa is the King.

The king teaches his children well,
Revealing the West’s hidden spell.
He builds new systems—solutions of their own,
So, his house may stand, proud and grown.
So, Africa is the King.
